Dunmer Preset face, just load it within the racemenu
Eyes where from vampire lord, would be normal when loaded on to a normal race.
so far i know no other Mods requested for the presetting

PS, don't let the eyes scare you off they from the vampire lord.....

just drop the file in data of skyrim.
