Adds a new Potion to the game. It gives the user a 500% Enchanting power for 60 seconds upon use. It is obtained by purchasing it from 'Enthir' in the 'College of Winterhold' for an unbelievably expensive price (Because it is technically a cheat Item). An example of the price you may see is in the Screen Shots.
