Hi

I got tired of houses with loading screens so I made my own. It is freaking awseome but I dont find any motivation to finish it so I decided to upload it as the unfinished version and let others who see the potential, to finish the house.

Features:
- the house is situated by the Roriksted (mid of map unlike most of house mods)
- house is fully equipped with crafing stations
- contains practice dummies
- cool enchanting table fishing
- very easy to navigate/use
- static items (no mess :)
- opening doors (scaled doors fit in :)

Things needed to be finished for the 1.0 version:
- navmeshes
- finising touches arround the roof, inside including kitchen area, bed, magazine area, outside table, more carpets, painting and clutter, vine holder)
- pool to be added
- 2-3 guardians/archers
- map marker 
- mannequins 
- lighting
- overall finishing touches
- any clutter must be static (of course if that makes sense)
- stone stairs to the smithing area
- check and fix all the containers (names etc.)
- find the plaee for the tent on the roof :) 
- weapon holders
- fixing terrain, flying objects and grass

WIsh I was more skilled... Any way! Enjoy!
