Allows you to forge arrows in Enderal if you have the blueprint. Blueprints can be bought from merchants. I did not make any recipes for old arrows because hay you are making new arrows. I also did not add 1 of the 3 steel arrow types (I guess that would be 4 types if I included the old but I'm not) because the damage overlapped with another type(rune arrow).

3 leveled lists were edited (the blueprint ones). That means you have to check it with xEdit if you use more than 1 mod that edits leveled lists. This file requires Enderal.

The first arrow type, iron, is level 1 to see it in vendor lists and requires 0 handicraft skill to make. The highest one requires level 30 to buy and 60 in handicraft to make.

I play tested it a few hours and everything was fine, but if you do find anything wrong with the mod please report it in forums or bug reports. Otherwise I don't plan on updating this anymore.
