About this mod
This mod adds a new player home into skyrim, that requires the hearthfire DLC for some of the mod. It adds 17 new large custom made rooms, and a very large outdoor area and garden.

Premium hand built player-home for Skyrim. (Hearthfire needed).
I am currently working on this mod weekly, and there will be many updates adding many new things to the home, and bug fixes! Feel free to leave any suggestions of things you would like to see in the mod!
Content--> This mod adds the following upon installation...
A new player home
17 new handbuilt rooms
Stable owned by player
New custom justice system around property, letting you take action into your own hands
A great view of the pale
Fully NAVmeshed area
Compatible with nearly any other mod including retextures!
Installation-->
To install the mod it is quite simple, just use NMM to auto install, OR extract the .esp and place into your data folder where the mods you have installed are :) (NMM is the easiest and best way for installing the mod.)
About-->
This mod adds a new player-home that does NOT require any gold, keys, or land ownership to gain access, just install and enjoy! The mod includes many mannequins, and weapon racks, good for beginners and pro players. There are also 4 bed opts (including an opt for children who CAN be in the home).
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING THE SEXY WHITERUN, VILLAGES, AND RIFTEN RETEXTURE FOR THIS MOD, IT MAKES IT LOOK GREAT!
