Vicious Ceph's Wabbajack Fix
I used to have an extremely annoying bug when using the Wabbajack and I believe I'm not the only one. This bug is: Instead of transforming an enemy into an animal, it left the enemy unharmed and just spawned the animal somewhere around. So I've made this simple script mod which fixes the bug AND it
transforms them into an animal Permanently, just like transforming them into a sweet roll so you can loot all the items from the glowing pile.

Also I've decided to make some new options for it, such as undressing an enemy completely, and an option, allowing Wabbajack to affect anyone including essential npcs, dragons and giants turning them into animals, sweetrolls and money just like normal enemies.

Do not download the "no restrictions" version unless you're absolutely sure you want this!
