Do you like lightning storm but wish it was a bit frosty? Your wish came true. Just look on Farengar's desk in Dragonsreach and there it is.
- Permissions and credits
<br />- Same damage as lightning storm.
<br />- Cast cost is less than lightning like it normally would be with any vanilla spell with the same level but different element.
<br />- Cast time is one second unlike the three second cast of other master spells. Just like Master spells should be masterful which I recommend.
