Instructions:

Copy the Contents of Chargen and Presets to respective folders(Data>SKSE>Plugins>Chargen & then Presets)
In Racemenu, Select nord race and female.. After that, First load the skullPT tab and load the skull Leah2
Load the preset Leah2 from the presets tab

I dont use ECE, but if you want, you're free to convert to ECE preset
