This replacement background is meant to be used with sprinks Skyrim Improved Menu, and will not display correctly without it. I didn't think it would be right to include his meshes and theme with this, so we'll just do it this way.

I would reccomend the no snow version, as I think it looks better with this background. Although thats optional.
Drop the DATA folder in this archive to your Skyrim directory and say YES to the Overwrite.
