Blessing's Bay

Far to the North, a lone sentinel stands silent, abandoned, waiting for the adventurer to discover it's stark beauty.
The proof of it's neglect stacked up along the shoreline, Blessing's Bay needs an owner, a caretaker who will stoke the
fires of a long forgotten purpose. Only you can stop the carnage!

Cleaned with TES5dit. Navmeshed to a point: followers can get in but since
I don't know where you are going to place your furniture, they will probably have
issues maneuvering around things. Think about placing things along the walls to avoid conflict

  You might think you have no use for this and you may well be right. But, if you are the kind of player who can't get
enough of customization and decorating, if you use mods like "Jaxonz's Positioner" or "Home Construction and Decoration",
or if you just like empty houses, you must consider this mod. This is an abandoned lighthouse with an opulent living space
suitable for anyone who enjoys doing it their way.

 This mod is not for the faint of heart as you can expect to spend literally minutes furnishing this lovely dwelling by the sea,
but you will have the satisfaction of having your own home decorated exactly to your tastes. I have made it with the designer in mind.

 I made these mods for myself because I was tired of overdecorated mansions, as well as trying to redo the only farmhouse anyone can think of
to make (you know the one), and absolutely nothing for the free-thinking player without having to remove everything in the house via the console.
These houses are not unique except for the fact that the furniture has been removed. Some items I chose to retain because they are hard to find ingame,
and I thought they were nice enough to stay, like castle pottery and such. Also, some exteriors are matched with different interiors for reasons
I will not go into to. I retained the lighting, because, quite frankly, its hard to see in the dark. The lighthouse is lit permanently now due to the
fact that I am new to modding and have not learned how to create a script yet to activate/deactivate it. Maybe that will come someday.

Note: If you find it strange that daylight shows through the windows of an apparently underground house, think solar panels
or the magic atmosphere of Skyrim. Please don't think thoughts that would tax your immersive gameplay. Think happy thoughts like,
"Gee, what a nice place I have here." Of course this mod is compatible with anything except those mods that effect the area just north of
Broken Oar Cavern (where, if you use Jaxonz's mod, you can pick up all of the Smithing workstations and other goodies).
