This is my first time creating a new skin set, so I'm happy I finally figured it out, yay!
Kota-Mota translates to Shadow Hunter in the Argonian language - Jel. He is an assassin build with the bow and dagger. He starts with daedric weapons and can be found in Dead Man's Drink in Falkreath. Also marriageable.
