My newest mod which add a small, lore friendly player home just a little south of Shor’s Stone, and has been fully navmeshed(inside) and cleaned and optimized as well as companion friendly!  
  


This mod REQUIRES Hearthfire and the latest version of Skyrim!!!


Requirements:

- Hearthfire DLC
- Latest version of Skyrim(I.e. the last patch)


Features:


- A lore-friendly rustic/stone player home south of Shor’s Stone
- A oven from Hearthfire
- A bee house and small garden on the roof
- Bugs in jars
- Fully unique interior built from the ground up
- Perfect for role playing
- A alchemy lab and  enchantment station(ENCHANTMENT!!)

Updates:

Update I: 

- Completely redesigned the exterior for a new, unique look. 

Update I.a: Rebuilt to fix CDT issues

Update II:

- Gave the exterior a bit more flavor and to a lesser extent the interior 
- Added an anvil on the "deck" 

 
Compatibility:

- Any mod that changes where the home is will almost certainly conflict.


Bugs:
- None. This mod has been bug tested and cleaned with TES5Edit.
