Improvements mostly affect spellcaster type enemies(dragons included) and few npc-only perks and abilities

first of all it requires skyrim legendary edition and USKP (any version probably will do).

What it does at the moment - most spellcaster enemies(dragons included) get passive ability, that decreases their magicka usage, increases magicka regen rate, adds just a little spell absorbtion and magicka resistance. Idea behind that is that when you deplete their magicka by shock spells they no longer become stupid for like 30 seconds, but still can cast spells but not so frequently and also you spells have small chance to recharge them.

Levels of this ability are different for different enemies, only highest tier mages and all dragons getting 100% spell cost reduction.

Also there is such thing like leveled elemental damage and this is a funny part. Why the heck bandit with steel warhammer can kill you in one hit with 400hp and execution anim starts when he just swings it, not even when blow connects, thus you have no chance to dodge, but mages are hitting for quite fixed numbers and can be resisted easily by more then one multiplying resistances (like magic resist + fire resist)? So now they will hit you up to 4 times harder depending on their level. That is not OP as it may sound, because if you have no resistances they pretty much sure will kill you very fast if not oneshot, but if you do previously their attacks did nothing, especially in contrast with physical damage of bandits or even CW parties, now if you have 60 MR and 85 SR then Arch Electromancer's thunderbolts are still count, not too much but nevertheless.

Another thing is that dragurs are now using different than player version of Fus Ro Dah that ignores magic resistance(and it also have shorter cooldown). I considering this more natural way then it done in Revenge Of The Enemies where most enemies are immune to it - thus both your shout is not useles and their is still working, 1:1.

Initially I was thinking of making patch for Revenge Of The Enemies that will make all the things right and created very good instruments to do it, more specifically very advanced edit srcipts for TES5Edit that will do all the work after I sort all out, but is was very messed up so I felt tired and did this for vanilla instead, may be some day I will finish my work on mod for EOTR.

Few NPC-only perks for damage is edited too, mostly for increased damage, but not much, like it was little denerfed for 2H weapons compared with USKP, in middle of vanilla and USKP, bows wasnt denerfed for most cases.

About compatibility - it affects dragons so probably not compatible with dragon mods, also it edits many and only NPCs that DO not use flag "use spells" in template section, also which have one of most popular enemy factions. Otherwise it touches nothing. All changes are USKP compatible.

If you ask why do you need this mod - you don't. Thats just part of my project.

Combat styles are not yet touched, but I will look into it.

PS Ah yes! Also It gives some combat peks to thalmor and vigilants, they had none.
