This is a script you can use the CK to attach to a chair.  There is no further work needed after you attach the script to the chair, and thereafter, it is a 'drinking chair', any character who sits in it will pull out a mug and begin to drink (essentially looking like they are enjoying any food you may have placed before them).  The script itself is fully commented and includes the source file so you can edit it for your own projects.  Please note:  You should NOT attach this script to benches or other areas where several actors will all be sitting together, you will very frequently end up with all of them playing the same animation in synch and it looks VERY odd.  This is more for individual chairs at "eating areas" you've set up where it's very unlikely NPC's will all enter the chairs at the same moment.
