Adds a small building along the docks in Raven Rock that you can purchase for 5 000 gold. The interior starts out barren and full of ash and cobwebs, but you can order furnishings from a ledger at the top of the tower to turn it into a real home.

DESCRIPTION
Adds a small building along the docks in Raven Rock that you can purchase for 5 000 gold. The interior starts out barren and full of ash and cobwebs, but you can order furnishings from a ledger at the top of the tower to turn it into a real home.
The quest "Served Cold" needs to be completed before you can purchase this, so you cannot buy this before Severin Manor is available.
REQUIRES ALL DLC and the latest version of Skyrim

INSTALL
Drag and Drop files from the archive or use any mod manager.
Archive Invalidation isn't required but you should be using it anyway.
COMPATIBILITIES
This will clash with any mod that affects the dock behind Glover Mallory's house. Should play nice otherwise.
(Please let me know if you find an exception)
KNOWN ISSUES
•Buggy lighting (Will be fixed in next update)
•Companions fall into water upon exiting (If anyone has any clue how to fix this, advice would be appreciated)
•Random CTDs in the smithing room (I've no clue how to fix this, as I can't even find the problem. Advice would be appreciated.)
