This mod increase the base damage of the master destruction spells in 3 times, the cost 1.5 times and Lightning Storm staggers the enemies. But dont change de casting time (3 seconds).
Blizzard: 20 -> 60;
Fire Storm: 100 -> 300;
Lightning Storm: 75 -> 225.
