A small exterior home in Whiterun, next to the Bannered Mare.  Interactive features, lots of storage, no loading doors, see-through windows and room for one follower.


Features:
   
     - Completely exterior home - no loading doors

     - Click on the house key in your inventory to lock the front door

     - Click on the lanterns and fireplace to turn them on or off

     - Click on the basket at the foot of the bed to set up a cot for your follower to sleep on

     - Cooking pot and tanning rack

     - Cleaned with TESVEdit



Compatibility:

     - Compatible with Climates of Tamriel and Vivid Weathers

     - Compatible with Purity (use the Vanilla weather patch)

     - Not compatible with any mod that adds new weathers (besides Climates of Tamriel or Vivid Weathers).  This mod is not compatible with the
        ELFX Weathers module - ELFX without the weathers is fine.  Using an incompatible weather mod won't destroy your game, it will just rain inside the
        house.

     - Compatible with Frostfall

     - Compatible with Dawn of Skyrim by BluePianoTwo (patch under optional files)

     - Compatible with JK's Cities Lite and Super Lite by Nazenn (patches under optional files)

     - Mostly compatible with JK's Skyrim by jkrojmal - there will be a few plants clipping, and followers may get stuck trying to get to the house.  I will
       make a patch as soon as I receive permission from the mod author.

     - Not compatible with Open Cities



Notes:

     - Requires Hearthfire and Dawnguard - no, I won't make a no-DLC version, sorry

     - If there's something in the house you really hate (or if it's missing something you really want), I highly recommend Jaxonz Positioner- it's the best
        mod ever.

Installation:

Install the main file, then install the weather patch that matches your setup (Vanilla, Climates of Tamriel or Vivid Weathers)
