This adds a new spell called Transfusion which Steals life from the enemy

Description:
Spell Name: Transfusion
Spell Description:
- First Cast: Steals life from the target by 57.
- Second Cast(In the next 5 sec): Steals life from the target by 57 + 27% maximum of their health but consumes total 11% of your magicka.
-(A red aura will show if the 2nd cast is enabled)
Equip Type: Right or Left hand (NO DUAL CAST)
Magic Skill: Destruction(Adept)
Spell Cost: 85 Magicka
Range: 550 Ft.
Location: Honningbrew Meadery (Inside)
(NEW): can be added upon starting the game.
I Personally created this because i don't like the vanilla drain spell (I liek vampires) so i decided to share this. Might someone wants a new spell for vampires. I cant make it as a replacer which may conflict with other mods around here.
I'm making 2 more spells which is Sanguine Pool and Tides of Blood(Some Dewds may know where i got this spell concept)
Compatibility: No problems for now
Requirements: Latest Skyrim 1.9
Uninstall: Go to the readme section.
Bugs: There are no bugs in my case. if you do find one please tell me. And any suggestions would be good too.

Plans: In the upcoming update, i scaled the maximum health absorption to your destruction level.
Ex:
Level 50 = 27% maximum health 11% of your magicka
Level 55 = 29% maximum health 11% of your magicka
Level 60 = 31% maximum health 12% of your magicka
Level 65 = 33% maximum health 13% of your magicka
Level 70 = 35% maximum health 14% of your magicka
Level 75 = 37% maximum health 15% of your magicka
Level 80 = 38% maximum health 16% of your magicka
Level 90 = 40% maximum health 17% of your magicka
Level 100 = 42% maximum health 19% of your magicka
If your destruction skill is legendary 1 or above == ( +10 to maximum health +5 for magicka )
Example (Level 50 = 37% maximum health 16% of your magicka)
Suggestions are welcome guys, I'm bad at making fair values lmao.
