Introduction

Skill Multipliers
Crafting Multipliers are
1=1.0
25=1.25
50=1.5
75=1.75
100=2.0
Magic and Combat Multipliers are
1=0.2
25=0.4
50=0.6
75=0.8
100=1.0
Stealth and Speech Multipliers are
1=1.0
25=1.25
50=1.5
75=1.75
100=1.0
My thoughts behind the values are
For Magic and Combat: I don't think someone who is level 5 in two-handed should level just as fast as someone who is level 75 in two-handed, it just doesn't feel right. As you focus more on a skill you get better at training that skill.
For Stealth and Speech: Same as Magic and Combat. I have Stealth and Speech at 1.0 after level 100 skill because I felt it was too overpowered since I increased the Skill Cap Formulas to 999.
For Crafting: I have the Crafting Multiplier a little higher because I don't like slogging away at the forge all day creating iron daggers, I have the Crafting Multiplier stop increasing after level 100, I didn't want to make it too easy to get Max Skill Cap.
Player Skill Leveling Multipliers
Magic and Combat Multipliers are
1=1.0
10=0.8
20=0.6
40=0.4
80=0.2
100=0.1
Crafting Stealth and Speech Multipliers are
1=0.1
My thoughts behind the values are
For Magic and Combat: You to have to branch out to other trees after you get a skill to 100 to continue leveling at a higher rate, but If you don't want to branch out to other skills you can still level up with your preferred combat style at a slower rate.
For Crafting Stealth and Speech: I have the Crafting Stealth and Speech Multipliers set at 0.1, I feel like the player should have to do combat to level up and get stronger, it feels kinda weird to get higher stamina, magicka, health crouched in a corner in someones house; you still get a little bit of experience from Crafting Stealth and Speech so its not completely useless for leveling.

My thoughts behind the values are
I wanted to add mile stones for the character: The first four levels I have it set to give an early game boost, you can decide if you are going to be a bulky warrior with 200 health or a warrior with 150 health/stamina or a bulky mage with 150 health/magicka or a mage with 200 magicka or a naked speed demon with 200 stamina which is pretty awesome at level 6.
After that you get a moderate boost starting at level 10 and another moderate boost after that every 10 levels. and a big boost at level 25, 50, 75 and a huge boost for reaching level 100.

I wanted to add mile stones for the character: You get 2 perks every 10 levels, 3 every 25 and 4 at level 100. It feels way better than vanilla Skyrim.
