Enemies wont detect dialogue which includes loud and abnoxious partners that you may have "DOGS!" 
Seems to actually make sneaking more realistic "Aslong as your not seen by enemy, You have slightly more chance of sneaking up on your enemy." Less of a psychic sense of where you are at beginning levels of sneak.
