Extended Vampire Perks

Gist of it...
This mod extends the vampire perks available to Vampire Lord characters. Most of the vanilla perks are unchanged, but some have been given a second tier, and three entirely new perks were added as well. I didn't want to do a complete overhaul, because I rather like the vanilla feel of the Vampire Lord. I did, however, want to up its power just a bit. It was already really powerful in the right circumstances, and this mod is likely to imbalance it on normal or lower difficulty. However, I really liked the idea of being able to buy a few more perks.

Changed vanilla perks:
Unearthly Will -> Night Powers and Blood Magic cost 25% less. (Originally 33%.)

New second tier perks:
Blood Healing -> Killing a person with a power attack bite restores all your health, magicka, and stamina, and fortifies each for a short time. (50 points for 30 seconds)
Night Cloak -> In combat, you are surrounded by a cloud of deadly bats that feed on nearby enemies. Your cloak feeds into your Vampire Blood Points toward your next perk. (Tier 1 is 5 health per second within 10 feet. Tier 2 is 20 health per second within 25 feet.)
Unearthly Will -> Night Powers and Blood Magic cost 50% less.
Vampiric Grip -> Can pull a creature to you from a distance and absorb its life force once it's close. (Tier 1 is 5 health per second. Tier 2 is 20 healthmagicka, and stamina per second.)


New Perks:
Lord's Presence -> Night Power: An aura of fear causes the weak-minded to flee from you. (Cloak lasts 60 second. Targets up to level 20 are affected for 15 seconds.)
Vampire's Seduction -> Blood Magic: Target becomes your thrall for a short time. (Up to level 30 for 60 seconds. Persists after Revert Form.)
Power of Blood -> At night or indoors, you gain extra healthmagicka, and stamina based on the number of blood points you've acquired. (Blood points are the way the game tracks your progress toward the next Vampire Lord perk.)


Installation:
No special installation instructions. Use your favored manager and install like normal.

Uninstallation:
Make sure you're not currently a Vampire Lord. Save, exit, uninstall.

Notes:
  • Vampire's Seduction works like the normal Vampire's Seduction spell with one exception; it's not capable of advancing the quest regarding Dexion.
  • Vampire's Seduction, unlike all other effect from spells used by a Vampire Lord, is not dispelled when you Revert Form. You can make an NPC non-hostile and then revert form to feed.
  • Power of Blood obeys the eclipse caused by the Bloodcursed Elven Arrows shot by Auriel's Bow. (It uses the exact same set of conditions as the sun damage for the Vampire Lord.)
  • The global variable used to track the Blood Points (used for Power of Blood) is reset whenever you gain a perk point. So, instead of using that, when the mod is installed, a quest runs once to count what it should be and uses a separate global to track this number. If another mod changes the original variable later, it will NOT be counted.
  • Power of Blood has no upper limit. Power of Blood combined with Night Cloak (2) can and will combine to slowly turn your Vampire Lord form into a very powerful force to be reckoned with.
  • Blood Healing's fortify effect stacks. You can temporarily increase your stats to relatively high numbers with this, but it's limited by the number of kill-bites you can manage in 30 seconds.
