The ShadySalesman
Add a new Merchant to the docks a riften the Shady Salesman he has many unique features

The merchant
He is a fence and sells poisoned crossbow bolts and shivs and a reusable greater soul gem
he also sell infomation about random things in skyrim and discounted skooma. he is a master trainer in sneak aswell

Quest Line
The shady salesman offers a small quest line just simply fetch quests
But every item you bring him expands his inventory and add news items and more gold 

Riftweald manor
After completing the TG quest line he sell upgrades for Riftweald manor like any normal house
you can purchase all the normal stuff and a few extra things like toggleable traps a secret vault and a working brewery

Golden glow Estate
He will also buy the deed for golden glow estate for 5000 gold once the quest line is finished with it 

Shadow Magic 
last but not least he has for sale a new type of magic called shadow magic
Shadow magic cost less the higher your conjurations and is more powerful the higher you sneak skill
he also sell a new set of robes that makes all your spells silent and makes shadow magic cheaper and stronger the darker it is around you 
the new spells are

Shadow Weapons - has it own versions of all the bound weapon spells as well as a few extra like shadow crossbow 
they all have a unique look and cool animation they do more damage the stronger your sneak is

Shadow Blend- A once a day power that makes you invisable while sneaking for 10mins but only works when you are in the dark if you get too close to the light you will become visable again 

Shadow Sense- A detect spell that works on any creature in the game has a large range and shows them as a shadowy mist thru walls

Shadow form- instead of wards shadow mages blend into the shadow realm allow all attacks to past thru them for short amouts of time cost lots of magicka and is a concetration spell 

Shadow Dart- Shoot small  black darts from your hand they shadow damage depending on your sneak skill

Shadow Blast- Shoots a large unique blast at a enemy dealing massive shadow damage in a 30 foot raduis 

Summon Shadow- Summons a spirt that deals shadow damage

Escape jail cell- While not shadow magic this new spell allow you to escape most vanilla jail cells does not work in chinda mine
if there is a secret escape in the prision you will be teleported inside if not you will be teleported just outside the jail cell
