DESCRIPTION
This mod disables fast travel. That's it. I didn't see a fast travel disabling mod out there that disables the ability to fast travel in an up-to-date and efficient way as a standalone mod so I made this. And yes I did go looking and discovered they either are integrated with other mods that do other things, or do not work in a problem-free way.

INSTALLATION
Donwload the mod with your favorite mod manager. If you do not use a mod manager, just extract the mod and place its contents in your /Skyrim/Data/ directory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MERGE THIS MOD. It comes with a single .esp and a single script just to do one thing. There's no point in having it take up room in your load order. It can be merged freely with any mod that does not have a fast travel disabling feature. To merge mods, use the Merge Plugins utility.

COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with everything, just don't use it if another mod you have already disables fast travel.

F.A.Q.
Q. What makes this different from other fast travel disabling mods?
A. This mod disables fast travel through a single event from a single script. When you open your map, fast travel becomes disabled. This allows the mod to disable fast travel while dodging the re-enabled fast travel bug where transitioning from interiors to exteriors and vice versa or reloading a save would re-enable fast travel. Also, since it is done through a game function rather than a data setting, it will work in any area, old and new, without needing updates or patches. Lastly, this mod is a Fast Travel disabling mod and only that. Most mods that have the ability to disable fast travel have it as an optional feature along with their mod's main content. This mod is just a fast travel disabler standalone.

Q. You mentioned it uses a script. Is this script-heavy?
A. Not in the slightest. It is a single and very small event-based script meaning it calls a single function when the event occurs (opening/closing your map). Therefore, this mod can still be used with the heaviest of heavily-scripted mods.

Q. Can you add X?
A. No. This will be a small sized MCM-free standalone and will only be that.

Q. Couldn't you just, you know, not use fast travel?
A. Yes.

Q. So why don't you?
A. Some people like myself have the self control of a relapsed Khajiit in a Skooma brewery, so forcing a restriction on fast travel can be preferable.

Q. What mods already come with an option to disable fast travel / Which mods may I have that will render this mod useless?
A. Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships, Skyrim Wayshrines - Immersive Fast Travel, SWIFT LITE, Frostfall, SkyDie - Prepare to Cry Edition, Requiem. If there are any other mods that come with an option to disable fast travel that I may have left out please let me know as soon as possible.

PERMISSIONS
Do whatever you want with the mod. You can include it in your own mods without asking me too. No need to credit me. It literally took 2 minutes to make.
