It's the middle of the night, you collected a lot of coin, but Riften is too far away, and you dont want to go to an inn with the evidence? Thats your lucky day, because a Fur shop is jut opened in the city, and it is rumored that the shop owner holds a good friendship with the Thieves guild.

The shop is always open for you, because you are friends with the owner too. You can't fence with the shopkeeper, because nobody wants to get the shop be too suspicious.

The mod is still Work In Progress, i want to add some more things to the shop. Send me advices or ideas if you have.

- Khajiit fence near the house
- Some glitchy textures reworked
- Some new items.

The shop and the thief hideout has:
- Tanning rack, Alchemy, Enchanting table, cooking pot
- Place to hide and rest
- Drink and food
- Safe containers
- Some free item
