The Treehouse (Small) v2.4.2 has : 
Out of the house : 
+Bug with Follower stop following around the of the tree house fixed
+Bug with Follower don't climp up to the treehouse fixed

In the Tunnel :
+Mining Ores Added 
+Bug with Follower stop following around the Tunnel fixed


The Treehouse (Small) v2.4.1 has : 
Out of the house : 
+Bug with animals inside the tunnel fixed 
+Navmash added 
+Trolls can not fixed replaced with more bears :/
+Cleaned with 5Edit to to ensure that will not be more bugs

The Treehouse (Small) v2.4 has :(removed )(2.4.1 has all those+)

In the house :
+Mission  Chest reward Replaced  with Steel Sword Of The Wild Hunt 

Out of the house : 
+A DragonBorn logo Added to the house (+++)
+The Road that leads to the Tree house Improved
+A new "Mystic" Tunnel Added near the Tree House that leads at a cave near Whiterun
+Inside the Tunnel Will be the Necklass Of The Wind Hunt

In the house :
Pretty much .. anything :P all Puuuurfect so far :P

Out of the house :
+A Garden With Rare Plants 
+A Nice Campfire With Benches
+A Choping wood place (for wood for your campfire :P)
+A Wooden Fence With an Entrance
+A Nice Platform with A Lamp And some Barrels 
+Ground replaced with other textures of dirt and removed the grass from the trail
+Navmash added (LOGICAL now followers don't have 
any problem of follow you around the Tree house) I hope so :P
