Enhances the school of Alteration by adding new transmutation spells.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF ALCHEMY
The school of Alteration has so much potential. (To see it live up to some of that potential, try my Macromancy 3 mod.) To sum it up, it's basically the practice of using magic to affect the world around you, to change the very laws of reality... yet we see so little of that with the more common Alteration spells in the game.
Then I came across this mod by EvilReFlex - it adds a spell that allows the user to transmute quarried stone (from Hearthfire) to lesser soul gems. I looked at it and thought, "Hey, I love that idea. Skyrim needs more spells like this." Apparently I wasn't the only one - there were users who wanted to see transmutation overhauls or a spell that would turn ores into soul gems. Well, an hour in the Creation Kit later, here's my attempt at those very things!
PRESTO CHANGE-O
Transmute Spells Extended: Version 0.1 adds an Expert-level Alteration spell to the game called Transmute Ore to Soul Gem and places its spell tome on the appropriate leveled lists. With a hefty base magicka cost of 200, it can turn a piece of ore (iron, corundum, orichalcum, quicksilver, silver, moonstone, malachite, gold, or ebony) into an empty soul gem (petty, lesser, lesser, common, common, greater, greater, grand, or black, respectively). Note: it prioritizes the pricier ores above the cheaper ones, much like how the Transmute spell prioritizes silver -> gold over iron -> silver.
Version 0.2 adds two new spells to the game (and tomes to the leveled lists): An Apprentice-level Alteration spell called Superheat Item (base magicka cost 50, yes, I did borrow the name from RuneScape, it mimics the vanilla forge recipes for every two pieces of ore [or one piece of iron, or iron and corundum] or piece of dwarven scrap: order of priority is dwemer ingots by inverse order of number > most other kinds of ingots by inverse order of price > steel ingot > iron ingot > corundum ingot - you're welcome, dungeon divers) and a Novice-level Alteration spell called Quicken Silver (base magicka cost a measly 25, simply turns a silver ingot or ore into a quicksilver ingot or ore [in that order of priority]).
This mod is no longer in development.
TRANSFORM AND ROLL OUT
To ensure compatibility with mods that edit the same leveled lists, please use Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch. Should be compatible with everything else. Has no dependencies, except of course for the base game.
