Adds two spells to the game.
Frost Shield, Casts a Frostcloak ( which does no damage) and reduces incoming physical damage by 80% and increases magic resistance by ~50% for 20 seconds.

Recovery, Recovers 15 Health, 15 Magicka , 10 Stamina per second while casting, also adds a ward to protect you from magic projectiles.

As I said, that's my first "Mod". Please be nice. :D Let me know if something does not work as wanted.
