A humble scenic player home that’s lore-friendly, realistic and close to towns and cities. A brilliant relaxed set up for all players with great views, ample storage and essentials.

Southwind House
Southwind House is a cosy player home located on the
bend of the white river hidden behind trees
just behind a main path.
I made this mod because most player home mods are built too unrealistic and are
too isolated from other cities, so this mod aims to change
it and become a simple, easy and relaxed home for any type of player.
The home fits very nicely into the Skyrim
landscape and made for the adventurer that needs a
great player home that doesn’t
overdo or kill a lore-friendly experience.
House Includes
Five chests (Including the ones at the foot of the beds)
Two cupboards
Functional bookcase
Workbench and anvil
Two weapon plaques
Arcane enchanter, Alchemy lab, ingredients jar
soul gem jar and small potions chest
Two barrels
Player bed and Follower bed
The House Key
You can find the key to the house on a man named Jakr, the previous owner who recently
met his fate outside Darkshade, the troll cave just north of the house. He also
has a journal he kept revealing his lifestyle and the loss of his wife Sari,
the player can decide whether to clear the cave to find her.

Other Notes
The house is also equipped with Idle Markers, so any followers you dismiss that
live in the house or family (Using mods or otherwise) Will eat/drink, sweep the
floors and read at the bookcase!
The map marker for the house should be on your map on startup, if not follow the path
down from Valtheim Tower and you will see it.
