A small player house just across the bridge in Ivarstead. Made for RP purposes really. Contains 1 secure container, a bed and clutter to make it look pretty.

Ivarstead poorhouse
Ivarstead poorhouse is a small house just across the bridge from Ivarstead. It lies just on the shore of the river and contains a bed, a secure chest, some clutter and so on. No key is required. There's even a garbage pile below the walkway.
This is my first released mod, thought I could upload it so people can point out what I did wrong or what I should keep in mind next time.
I made the house because I wanted a place to start a story for a character and I ended up doing it pretty well. I spent 5-6 hours making the mod and 20 minutes using it but it was all fun. :)
Update 2016-04-26
Fixed the owned bed issue. I hope there ain't no more issues or that I broke something else in the process. :)

Skyrim, Dawnguard, Heartfire, Dragonborn
Compatibility
This mod should work with all mods unless they change the cell 19, -17 (just east of Ivarstead).
Recommended
JK's IVarstead, the house fits in well with that mod! :)
Installation
Use your favourite mod manager or just download file, extract and drop in your Data-folder.
Un-installation
Just delete the esp-file from your datafolder or use your mod manager to uninstall.

Creds goes to anyone who has ever made a mod and uploaded it. I now know how much work there's behind even tiny mods like this one!
