You can find the swords stuck in a rock outside of anises's Cabin, the spell tome for a bound version in her basement, and you can also craft them with the ebony smithing perk, Saber Cat Tooth, Ebony Ingot, and Leather strips.

You can find the swords stuck in a rock outside of anises's Cabin, a spell tome for a bound Unicorn Sword in her basement, and you can also craft them with the ebony smithing perk, Saber Cat Tooth, Ebony Ingot, and Leather strips.
I don't think it defies lore, but if it does, tell me.
Also, You can craft the Brigands blade with the steel smithing perk, three gold, a pearl, two steel ingot, and two leather strips.
