Frigid Skyrim is a graphic-enhancment mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that alters the color palette to reflect a more stylized look and enhance the atmosphere of the game. This mod is meant to give Skyrim a colder atmosphere that better reflects its snowy setting.

Frigid Skyrim is a graphic-enhancment mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that alters the color palette to reflect a more stylized look and enhance the atmosphere of the game. This mod is meant to give Skyrim a colder atmosphere that better reflects its snowy setting.
UPDATE!! Frigid Skyrim should now be compatible with nVidia graphics users. The effect should no longer disappear when you load any save file. Also, Frigid Skyrim now takes advantage of TES Skyrim 0.092 Patch 5 version of ENB Series along with its optimizations and fixes.
If you have a PC capable of running Skyrim at med- high settings, this mod shouldn't impact your performance at all.
This modification takes advantage of the d3d9 injector called ENB Series developed by Vorontsov Boris. I have simply used this as a tool to bring my vision of this mod to life. All credit goes to the maker of ENB Series for making this mod possible. Visit enbdev.com for more information on ENB Series. I will be updating this mod as newer versions that better suit Skyrim and the mod are released. The current version of ENB Series for Skyrim does not include color palletes which is necessary to actually alter the colors of the game.
