As you know, Bounty Quest's reward is so few.
There are some mods change value of the reward. Perhaps you may be using them.
Bounty Gold, Increased Bounty and Guild Rewards, etc.
They are great mods. It is not necessary to stop using.
But, here is my another answer.
===== Bonus Stage =====
After you got a reward of Bounty Quest from stewards or jarls, go to other maps.
You will enter one of 7 Bonus Stages.
# Added 2 new stage. (Version 1.1)
# Added 1 new stage, and you can enter after gaining reward of radiant quests of Companions and Dark Brotherhood. (Version 2.0)
(Animal Extermination, Hired Muscle, Trouble in Skyrim, Family Heirloom, Escaped Criminal, Rescue Mission, Striking the Heart, Dragon Seekers, and The Dark Brotherhood Forever)
You can gain rewards as much as you wish, until time limit.
Watch your step!
When scheduled time passes, you will leave the stage and items in Bonus Stages will be reset.
--- Install and Requirements ---
Require only Skyrim.
Use NMM or MO for install.
--- Updating ---
# 1.0 to 2.0
Some scripts are changed, so it is necessary to do script cleaning to update it.
At first, remove version 1.0 files and load your saved game.
Wait for a while (about 30 seconds). Then save it and go back to desktop.
Save game script cleaner by Hadoram
If you open the saved game with this tool, "orphan script instances found" will be displayed.
Click "FixScriptInstances", and save it.
After cleaning, install version 2.0.
# 1.1 or 1.1a to 2.0
Overwrite all.
--- Uninstall ---
If you killed Bounty Quest target, get the reward from stewards and play the Bonus Stage one time.
Save your game out of Bonus Stages.
And remove files.
--- Incompatibility ---
Bounty Gold and Increased Bounty and Guild Rewards and... anyway, they are compatible with this mod.
If a mod which changes Bounty Quests stages content exists, it is incompatible with this.
