Using foretrenty's NPC editor I switched DefaultSandboxEditorLocation512 to DefaultSandboxEditorLocation1024 for each housecarl assigned to the Dragonborn (Argis, Calder, Iona, Jordis, Lydia).
What does that do?
DefaultSandboxEditorLocation512 is the default AI package utilized for housecarls; the 512 denotes the radius in your home where the housecarl can interact with objects like chairs, beds etc.
By switching to DefaultSandboxEditorLocation1024 you are doubling the radius in your home that the housecarl can "explore".
WARNINGS:
Do not use this prior to getting him or her from the jarl.
If you actively use your housecarl to fight (and level it up) do not use this as it will reset all housecarl stats to default.
INSTALLATION:
Extract your housecarl from zip and place in data directory... to uninstall, delete these files... easy.
TAMED VERSIONS:
I am uploading a "tamed" version for each housecarl as well... use this instead of the main file. These files include the AI changes AND some aesthetic improvements (ladies walk like ladies... no scars etc.). Yes, i'm bringing sexy back.
