Hi all!

This is just a small script I made for my personal use... just figured I might as well share it! :D

I don't like how Skyrim manages Health, Magicka, and Stamina leveling... it feels out of place, a break from its skill leveling.
There are mods on the Nexus that address this same issue, but -no offence intended- they are not what I was looking for.
So... I made this.

Now, what does this mod do?
Well, it increases your Health, Magicka, Stamina, and Carry Weight based on their use.

More precisely, it levels them based on the percentage that is MISSING, so that you get tougher the more time you spend surviving your open wounds, you get a better mana pool the more you deplete it, get better stamina the more you exert yourself, get better weight management the more time you spend overencumbered.
It also disables the attributes' bonuses from leveling up; you still get the dialogue, but your choice doesn't really matter.

It's customizable through the included MCM menu.

As far as compatibility goes, it should be compatible with anything (exceptions below)...
It is just a very light script, which means it doesn't change anything from the base game and doesn't take much CPU time; this last thing I cannot honestly quantify though, since I didn't notice any difference from my system's performance.

KNOWN INCOMPATIBILITIES:
-None at the moment.

CONFIRMED TO BE COMPATIBLE:
-Requiem: since it disables Health regeneration, you may end up with way more Health than intended. Disabling or adjusting Health leveling may fix this. - deane9850 confirmed that this is not a problem.

-Simple Magic Overhaul (SMO): it puts your starting Magicka pool in the negative range; this could interact or not with this mod, but will pretty much for sure crash the game when your base Magicka hits 0.
Disabling Magicka leveling will NOT fix this -  my mod needs to be disabled when you hit 0, or else it will make the faulty check.
- Greywander confirmed this not to be the case, as the script can manage both 0 and negative values for Magicka out of the box.
The only issue seems to be a potential exploit: since SMO stops regeneration below a certain threshold, you may end up with more Magicka than intended.

To install, just extract main archive in your Data directory and enable the .esp file.

To uninstall, disable it using the in-game MCM menu and remove both the installed files; your mod manager should be able to do this second step just fine.
As long as you remember to disable it through its menu, it shouldn't mess up your savegame after being removed; if you don't, you won't be getting level-up bonuses.
