WHY?

Ever thought dam I'm so stealthy I want to place a trap and lure my enemies into it? maybe I'll just lay down one of the rune spells and use it as a fallback land mine type trap as I run away after I stealth bow shot 5 guys and they finally notice me and come running.  

Well your out of luck with the default game placing a magic rune basically alerts every bandit and his wolf within a one mile radius and they all come running for you.  Whats the point in a trap if putting it down blows your cover? Seriously Bethesda what were you thinking?

Anyway this mod aims to fix that by making the casting if the ruin traps silent to the NPC's in the game they should still see the light if you basically can't one next to them but if you're in another room they wont detect it being laid

BUT BUT BUT !

There is another mod that was made long ago by luc1dox and does the same thing (I think I couldn't really get it to work) but because it was made in 2012 it only includes the 3 original rune spells (Fire, Lightning, Frost) and not the ones added in Dragonborn (Poison, Ash, Frenzy) It also doesn't make them silent in the game all it did was stop the NPC's from reacting to them.
So I made a updated one from scratch that includes the Dragonborn spells and also removed the sounds

COMPATIBILITY

To be honest I'm not sure, Obviously its probably not going to work with anything that changes the same spells as well it may not even work with mods that are perk overhauls and include the magic runes so as car salesmen don't say "Your mileage may vary"
