Description:

Crystal Creek Mansion is my latest player home that supports adoption. To get kids to live at the house, you need to have Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions installed. I've provided a link to the mod in the Credits and Thanks section below. It contains 4 child beds, however you can adopt as many kids as you like. The usual amenities are provided such as smithing, cooking, alchemy and enchanting tables. Located around the house and grounds are pull chains that "do something". I encourage you to explore. The house is initially locked, the previous owner left a note on a candle holder next to the front door. Crystal Creek Mansion is located in between Helgen and Falkreath. Check the second screenshot for a more definitive example.

This mod requires ALL DLC'S. If you don't have them, this version will crash your game. Get the DLC's, they're not expensive anymore.

Updates 01/19/2018
Added dialogue for Serana which she'll say when she's inside the house. Also added dialogue for Serana when she's in Halldir's Cairn, and Valthume. Added a portal to Skuldafn to the left of the fireplace in the main floor of the house. Place your crosshair downward to get the "Open Skuldafn" message. Added a chest which contains Nahkriin's staff. The chest is located to the right of the area where we fight Nahkriin. This portal is enabled AFTER Alduin's quest is finished. DON'T GO TO SOVNGARDE! There is no way back, and there's nothing more to see there anyway. Added some bookshelf storage throughout the main floor of the house. Added a shrine of Talos and Akatosh where the player bed is located. Swapped out the static potion bottles next to the alchemy station for something a little more performance friendly. The update can be installed right over the old version. No need to remove the mod, save, quit, reload the game, accept the error message, save, quit, install the new version.

Fixed the note in the cave such that the puzzle door riddle can actually be read. Fixed the dragon priest follower so he'll actually return to the cave when dismissed. YOU NEED THE MAIN FILE FIRST, THEN OVERWRITE THE MAIN FILE WITH THE UPDATE FILE. I thought I'd mention this now. This mod DOES NOT CONFLICT with Lakeview Manor, Ancient's Ascent, Pinewatch, or the bandit camp next door.

The mod that just doesn't die has been updated. Removed all instances of the restrictive storage from the mod. Thanks to Penguin for pointing out the incompatibility with World's Dawn mod. Also added some light sources as it can be very dark inside. Added a way to display the dragon claws in the game. Walk up the ladder where the player bed is located and notice the daedric reliquery's on the railings. A prompt will come up which can be activated. There's a new area in which the player can access. Look for a trap door in the basement area. Follower's will not use this door because I just didn't feel like navmeshing the new area. Mod makers will understand, non mod-makers just know that it's a real pain Ok enough said. I want to thank everyone for their comments, endorsements, images, votes ( though I don't know if this mod got any ). Crystal Creek Mansion started off as just a one cell player home with a lot of goodies. It grew to the point that CK Editor couldn't handle it anymore, crashes and all that. This will be the last update to what has become my favorite of my player homes. So what have I done this time? For starters, the interior now has what I would consider a more fitting armory / storage area. I've placed 6 mannequins despite being hesitant to do so. They seem to be working just fine as in they don't wander off or lose armor. Also removed some static items that just didn't serve any purpose. The clutter that was placed around the statue of Dibella now serves as a display area for unique dragon priest staffs. The unique weapon displays have been complimented with a daedric reliquery underneath each weapon. I've also implemented an MCM menu which allows you to keep track of the unique weapons that have been collected as well as subtle hints of where to find each weapon. I made this out of convenience because I couldn't keep track of what I had and hadn't collected. For this reason, SkyUI is required which in turn requires SKSE. If you're not using either of these wonderful mods, don't install or reinstall this mod. The cave accessed from the backyard has been expanded to include a small dungeon. I'm not going to lie, it's not much of a dungeon. I'm not a level designer by any means. However, upon taking out the boss, you do get a very unlikely new follower. Don't attack him! He's not your enemy. The extra bedrooms have been moved into a new cell. Just go downstairs and open either of the sets of doors. Yes I know, extra loading screens are the end of the world. But it had to be this way to keep CK Editor from crashing. CK can only handle so much. There is a indoor pool in the area where the extra bedrooms are. I encourage swimming around, you might just find a few goodies underwater. Also fixed the Conjure Midlaahsah spell to show the correct animation.

Why is this the last update for this mod? The truth is I'm burned out from player homes and want to do something else. About a month ago from the time of this writing, I started working on an armor because I couldn't find any revealing armors I hadn't seen before. I want to extend additional thanks to everyone who gave me ideas in extending this mod, brotha James, sister Hope, brotha dave creator of Mystic Condensor, and everyone else that gave me some sort of inspiration. You guys are amazing :-)

BIG THANKS!!
I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who downloaded / endorsed / left comments. Without your suggestions, I would have moved on from this mod.

I'd also like to extend a huge personal thanks to Sinitar Gaming, The Prophet, and Just Call Me Frosty for making these videos of Crystal Creek Mansion.
