Another unique sword of mine with unique enchantment effects. Complimentary to my Lapis Lazuli Armor.

I present to you: The Phantom Mageblade, a blue colored stone Lapis Lauli sword sent from the heavens by the Khajiiti gods, right into the ruins of Nchuand Zel. But seriously, what's it still doing there? Once you reach level 15, go and pick it up from one of the mage's corpses (or use console commands).
The sword is a one-handed sword that deals 10 points of frost damage to anything for 15 seconds, regardless of resistances.
If you try it out and find something strange or off, do not hesitate to file a bug report.
Just like the soul gems mined in Blackreach, lapis lazuli has magical properties - cold ones. Its intended use also affects what powers it ultimately has, a weapon is colder than the stone itself. Armor, on the other hand, protects its wearer while offering great flexibility.

Q: Can you PUHLEEEZE make a NMM installer?
A: No. NMM recognises it as a mod already, so just hit "Download with manager" on the BSA version.
Q: Will you be making a two-handed verison?
A: Nope. Nopey nopitty nope. No. Sorry. It's one handed for a reason. I never have and never will. Stop asking, or I will ban you from my files.
Q: Can I disenchant this to use on my favorite sword?
A: No, it won't work. The flakes are separate from the sword. When the enchantment runs out, the flakes dies until you recharge it. The flakes are also specifically positioned for the sword.
Q: I'm having performance issues.
A: Not my mod's problem. Unless you're playing on a toaster or a Dell D series. Even then you could be getting 30FPS if you have the right config.
Q:Can you make an unenchanted version/flake only version?
A: No.
Q:Does this conflict with anything?
A: No, all meshes and textures are unique to the sword.
