Clear Cave-in in Knifepoint Mine
Knifepoint Mine is the best source for corundum in Skyrim. The mine is naturally blocked until you start the Boethiah's Calling quest. But after you complete the quest, it seems to be blocked for some and open for others. Even some have reported the mine being blocked during the mission even though there is fix in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Regardless if it's a bug or intended, this should clear the blockage.
Install with a mod installer or simply drop the esp into your Data folder and activate.
