At times, he will dual-cast. At other times, he will use just the dagger. Sometimes, he will combine the two. More often than not, he will use magic alone.

This is my second Skyrim mod that I've posted onto the Nexus.
Please excuse me if I miss anything.
I just can't be bothered to concoct a backstory for him. You can imagine whatever you want for the reason behind him constantly smiling... or the origin of those ears. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
Well, if his smiling really does unnerve you... give him a solid punch! Alternatively, whip out the console commands and hit him with a "setav mood 0".

REQUIREMENTS
Probably the latest version of Skyrim (1.9.32.0.8). Other than that, you don't need anything else!
Install your favorite way!
