About this mod
This mod adds a new player house to the world of Skyrim in the hold capital 'Falkreath'. It is free, of course, but requires a key (located in the Jarl's Longhouse in Falkreath). Once you find the key, make sure you read the note that is with it, you may discover something worth knowing...

UPDATE:
In all honesty, I meant to make version 1.2 a separate mod so that it wouldn't conflict with anything that players previously had in the house. Unfortunately, that didn't exactly work out. I did not remove any containers so if you are currently storing anything in any of the old containers in the house, none of it should be removed.
V1.2 Notes:
-Added several items and decorations in house
-Different lighting contained in house
-Updated Havoc settling system so that things that weren't supposed to move won't move
-Added upgraded NavMesh so NPC's should be able to enter the house
V1.2.1 Notes:
-I added several small features (check the change-log for details)
-Fixed lighting issue
V1.2.2 Notes:
-Added more foliage and decor on the outside of the house and to the property surrounding Wellborne Cabin
-Fixed a small issue I had with a tree going inside the house
-Several more features (listed on the change-log)
Upcoming:
I plan to add the ability to hire a steward for the house, move your wife in, and I am also hoping to be able to upgrade the size of the house and add some beds for children so that you can move your kids in. I also plan to keep building upon the small side quest that is contained in and around the house...

Just click 'Download with Manager' if using NMM or if installing manually download this and place .esp in data folder
Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with any mod out there unless it changes the layout of Falkreath or adds something in the spot where this house is.
