I was playing around with the character creator in Skyrim, and I found myself frustrated that even the black lipstick option looked really bright on my brown skinned character. I didn't want a whole new texturepack, I'm fine with vanilla textures. I just wanted the lip color to look darker. So that's all I did.
It's not compatible with any mod that changes the adult female human and elf face texture. But it should work fine with everything else.
