This is a very simple mod that allows you to craft a bear-cowl.

I renamed the Stormcloak Officer's Helmet, changed it's stats and made it craftable. You don't need any perks to be able to craft it. To craft it you need: 2 leather strips, 1 leather and 1 Bear Pelt. For some improved textures, i recommend: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45692/?
