How to install:

Steam > steamapps > common > Skyrim > Data > SKSE> Plugins > CharGen > Presets
Drop the 'TswiftOffical.jslot' file in this folder

Open your game, load your save, open the conosle ('Tilde' key by default) and type "Showracemenu"
Click presents on the upper right, press F9, and choose 'TswiftOfficial'
Press 'R', 'Ok', then Enter

Note: Make sure your character is a female Nord before selecting the present.
