no shiny ground windhelm.
As i was doing some ground textures for windhelm, no matter what i did i always got the shining ground, it was doing my head in, so i decided to sort it out myself.
I went into CK and found the info on the area to get the right nif, then once i got into the nif i had to find the texture that was causing it, i did so i painted it red to see if i got the right one, then once i got the right one i went through all the other nifs deleting that texture to remove the shiny pain in the ***.
now if you look at the pictures you can see what i have done, i most prob missed a few, so let me know please, i wanted to share this so others dont have to deal with it.

To install just use nmm or mo, all the file paths have been done.
