Important! You must download the Lord Haun's Magicka Saber first! Because it uses the meshes and textures from it.

Description
--------------------
This is a standalone esp mod, it doesn't replaced the original Magicka Saber's esp and doesn't cause confict.
But, if you want to replace the original with this one, just rename it to Magicka Sabers.esp. It won't cause conflict with the original one since it has a similiar BaseID.

This mods add enchantments for magicka sabers, add the special class upgrades, and modify the damage, component, speed, and etc. Every color has its own enchantment. The enchantment damages are high, so i reduce the basic weapon damage to be very low. Now it's contains one-handed and two-handed version.

Enchantments
------------------------
This is the list of 1H enchantments. For the 2H version, it has 2X elemental damage.

Blue : Shock + Disarm
Deals shock Damage and has chance to disarm
-Normal : 50 shock damage
-Commander : 100 shock damage
-Sage : 150 shock damage

Violet : Shock + Reduce Resistant
Deals shock Damage and reduce the damage resistant
-Normal : 50 shock damage
-Commander : 100 shock damage
-Sage : 150 shock damage

Yellow : Shock + Stagger
Deals shock Damage and has chance to stagger
-Normal : 50 shock damage
-Commander : 100 shock damage
-Sage : 150 shock damage

Orange : Fire + Stagger
Deals fire Damage and has chance to stagger
-Normal : 40 fire + 10 shock damage
-Commander : 90 fire + 10 shock damage
-Sage : 140 fire + 10 shock damage

Pink : Fire + Slow
Deals fire Damage and slow the target
-Normal : 40 fire + 10 shock damage
-Commander : 90 fire + 10 shock damage
-Sage : 140 fire + 10 shock damage

Red : Fire + Reduce Resistant
Deals fire Damage and reduce the damage resistant
-Normal : 40 fire + 10 shock damage
-Commander : 90 fire + 10 shock damage
-Sage : 140 fire + 10 shock damage

Cyan : Frost + Disarm
Deals frost Damage and has chance to disarm
-Normal : 40 frost + 10 shock damage
-Commander : 90 frost + 10 shock damage
-Sage : 140 frost + 10 shock damage

Green : Frost + Slow
Deals frost Damage and slow the target
-Normal : 40 frost + 10 shock damage
-Commander : 90 frost + 10 shock damage
-Sage : 140 frost + 10 shock damage

Classes
------------
The magicka sabers can't be enhanced at grindstones, but they can be upgraded for 3 classes at forge/anvil. Every class upgrade the enchantment damage and weapon speed, but not the basic weapon damage.

The basic weapon damage even weaker than iron dagger (dam 4). Altough the speed of 1-handed saber can be faster than any dagger (speed 1.3), and the basic 2-Handed weapon damage can be faster than any greatswords (speed 0.7) but still slower than another 1-handed weapons.

There are 3 classes :

Normal :
  • 1H Enchantment damage (any element) : 50
  • 2H Enchantment damage (any element) : 100
  • Extra enchantment (stagger/disarm/slow/reduce resistant) - static
  • 1H Weapon speed : 1.3
  • 2H Weapon speed : 0.7
  • Basic weapon damage : 3 - static
  • Weight : 1 - static

Commander : 

  • +1H Enchantment damage (any element) : 100
  • +2H Enchantment damage (any element) : 200
  • +1H Weapon speed : 1.4
  • +2H Weapon speed : 0.8
Sage 
  • +1H Enchantment damage (any element) : 150
  • +2H Enchantment damage (any element) : 300
  • +1H Weapon speed : 1.5
  • +2H Weapon speed : 0.9

Crafting

It's very tricky to create them, because every class and color have their own ingredients, and you need some enchanting skill to make them. There's the list of 1H version ingredients :

Normal (ebony section) : 
  • Enchanting skill requirement : 50
  • Filled black soul gem x1
  • Leather strip x1
  • Ebony ingot x1
  • Torchbug thorax x1
  • Specific salt x1
  • Specific ingredient x1

Commander (daedric section) 
  • Enchanting skill requirement : 75
  • Specific magicka saber (normal) x1
  • Glow dust x2
  • Daedra heart x1
  • Specific salt x1
  • Specific gem x1

Sage (daedric section) 
  • Enchanting skill requirement : 100
  • Specific magicka saber (commander) x1
  • Glow dust x1
  • Filled grand soul gem x1
  • Specific flawless gem x1
  • Specific gem x2

If you want to make a 2H version, you can do it by converting a pair of same 1H version in forge. And you can revert it back from 1H to 2H.
For converting, you need a petty soul gem (as a catalyst) for it, and 25 points of enchanting skill.

Combination
---------------------
If you're a dual-wield user, you can combine any sabers to get a unique enchantment combination of them.
You will get a high benefit from Dual Flurry perk and some SkyRe/Perma dual-wielding perks, as well as the Dual Blocking mod.

If you use ReProccer, be sure to make an exception for this mod by place it in their BlockList.txt.

Leveled Lists
----------------------
Now you can find some bandit bosses, warlocks, or mages use the sabers, if you don't want any conflict with any mod that change the leveled list, use Bashed Patch.
If you don't want the leveled list, you can downlod the non-leveled list version in the optional selection.

Installation & Uninstallation
-----------------------------------------------
The installation is very simple, you don't need NMM or any installer application.
Just extract the Enhanced Magicka Sabers.esp to skyrim data folder.

You can simply uninstall the mod by delete it, because it doesn't use any heavy scripts, but you can do a save clean to make sure about it.

Known Issues
----------------------
There are a chance that the magicka saber doesn't have beam (just like holding a small stick), just re-equip it to fix this. If it's happen to your companion, trade with them, take the saber, and give it back to them.
If you still get this bug, it's probably a script lag. Save and load it will fix that.
