UPDATE BETA 2.0
Hello everyone!  First update, and I'm happy to say that though this is still very much in beta it is usable now.  Now that I've learned how to do some basic navmeshing.... followers and companions will now follow you in, use stuff and generally make a nuisance of themselves like usual.

1- Nav meshes added
2- I have also started the cluttering process to give it that lived in and usable feeling.  Ongoing process. see new credits at bottom. 
3- added a Veranda, or rather a look out tower waaaaaay up in the mountains above the city.
4- Redid the bridge and steps leading to the Hall to blend better with the city.
5- added various idle markers for companions to do things.

I'm now looking into getting this set up for General store in the next update.

Greetings!  This is my first mod. I've toyed with this for probably on and off for a year as a side project.  Mater file has been lost* twice and Ive rebuilt it from scratch each time. improving the layout each time.  I'm happy enough with it now to bring you a BETA version.  Take a look take a tour, I'm looking for feed back suggestions and help!

What is this?
This is a guild hall (with a player home inside it) I made it to be used in conjunction with Sokco's Guild Starter as a place with lots of beds and tables for revelry.  This is made to be a meeting place for a lot of people and companions, so it works best for a guild with a public reputation.  Probably not a good place for a thieves or assassins guild (thematically). 

Where is it?
Right outside the gates of Markarth.  Ive added it to look like its part of the original city but accessed from outside.  (on the fly lore) It makes sense as an old city garrison from the dwemer wars allowing them to house auxiliary troops.

Walk right up to it in a save game, or from the main menu use the command "coc wetharthhall" to check it out.

Compatibility?
Only thing that comes to mind is any mod that alters the exterior cells of Markath, and probably civil war fixes or mods.  Please let me know if you find conflicts.  mod has been cleaned by TES5edit

How beta is this beta?
Its probably 45% done.  As of now 20% of whats left, I think I can do.  The rest is what I need help with especially getting the player home to work right.  However it works as just a guild hall already.  I'd like to add auto sorting and hire-able NPCs for the kitchens and stuff.  Way off in the distance I'd like to create a quest for acquisition of the hall, for now its walk in and claim....

Also left is to add a small lower level and a viewing veranda way up in the mountains accessed from a dwemer lift in the hall.
