This is a replacement texture for the [Ragged Trousers].
To get the ragged trousers right away type in console: player.addtem 8f19a 1.
Download: Use Nexus Mod Manager or extract to your skyrim/data folder.

EDIT: Currently looking into making these trousers into a craft recipe with Light/Heavy Armor attributes in case any of you would rather wear it if it had an armor rating.
2EDIT: Be sure to check out my newly released Rex-Kwon-Do Pants. (I see them as a big improvement from these) Plus they're craftable and upgradeable heavy armor!
