Rebirth of Skyrim - Forts, In this mod I've rebuilt many of the forts to make them look a little nicer with also keeping the original worn feeling.

(Nexus Mod Manager)
Click the DOWNLOAD (NMM) Button and allow it to download, once that is complete double click and you should be good to go :3 (Just double check to make sure its installed correctly and allowed to be used on NMM)

(Steam Users)
Please do not download the steam version, it is out of date and i cannot update it! *because steam workshop sucks*

[size=+2]Manual Install[/size]
Download from nexus, save it to your downloads.
Once you've downloaded it. Extract the file using any file extraction program.
I strongy suggest using WinRar
Once you do that, right click your freshly extracted file and click copy

(*For steam users*)
c:programs/steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data - (Go to the drive where ever steam is installed C: is just an example)
Once you've found that data folder just paste it in there, and you should be good to go. 
you should always check your mods folder in the launcher to make sure it installed properly. (I strongly suggest you just use, steam workshop *so much easier :3* )

(*For Non-Steam users*)
This is a little more tricky for you non steam users.
Find where ever you installed skyrim.
Example, c:programs/skyrim/data
Once you've pasted .esp into your data folder you should be good to go
start skyrim, check the launcher mods thingy to make sure it installed properly.

RoS - Forts, should almost work with anything. The only Mods RoS - Forts will not work with is mods that do the exact same thing :3
I strongly recomend that you download some immersion mods to go along with this once such as 
OBIS, Organised bandits in Skyrim - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31264/?
CDM, Combat Damage Multiplier - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5965/?
These two mods will make taking forts extremly difficult but also fun!

Remove the Interal instancing for Forts.

0.12A - Fort Dunstad
Fort Dunstad - A broken tower has been fixed, A new gate system to add a little immersion to the fort has also been added, More Flora and Trees has also been added. Nav meshing is complete, plus Bugs that I found during nav meshing has also been fixed.
Dev Notes - Fort Dunstad was already a pretty clean looking fort to be honest so there wasn't much i could really do to it, but I have made some minior changes and fixed alot of the bugs.

0.11A
Fort Amol, like weapon spawns and just more ambient objects around. A new tower has been added just outside of Fort Amol where random rubble used to be :3 *it was totally random haha* More Trees and Plants have been added also

0.1A - First version of RoS - Forts; Fort Amol, has a new tower and a new entry point. A bunch of new braziers, Little bit extra plant life has also been added.

RoS - Rebirth of Skyrim, Is a Collective mod pack I plan on creating to do many, many different things
to make the game mode immersive and just more enjoyable :3
The idea behind this mod, I orginally wanted to make this mod because I feel the forts in Skyrim are a little bland or awkward.
realisticly the war in skyrim is still pretty fresh when the dragonborn first comes along, so making all the forts destroyed and broken sempt a little bit out of hand.

[size=+2]Uninstall[/size]
:( How you Unistall via NMM, you simply just right click the mod and click delete, in the mods tab.
Uninstall without NMM, You must find your skyrim folder the same way you installed it. Now go to data, and delete RoS - Fort.
