Adds A Mapmarker for Whiterun. Ive recently run into a bug where the mapmarker disappears for an unknown reason. while flipping through the forums i realized this is a very rare, yet crippling bug. i experienced it after i left dragonsreach before Balgruf was done going through his initial speech. ive also heard it can be triggered in any town by getting arrested by the guards outside the gate before actually entering the town. its not directly where the original marker was but close enough. i plan on making more like this if people request them. lol i really dont create mods though so my knowledge is limited. WARNING this marker will persist even in instances where it is supposed to disappear. (like i said before, i dont really make mods) But if someone out there wants to take this and make a better fix feel free!

UPDATE:
ok, so ive narrowed it down. seems the bug has something to do with being in whiterun before going to helgen. i use alternate start and it seems like every time i start in whiterun it triggers. but like i said before anything that has you arrive in whiterun bypassing the guard sets it off
