A Racemenu preset Based on the Blood Elves from World of Warcraft. Works on Wood Elves (Not sure about the other races though)
Comes with a modified Glowing Eyes file from Glowing Eyes by Dumle35. (ESP and necessary files included with preset)

SKSE
RaceMenu
SG Female Eyebrows
RANs HeadMesh Variants (type C)
KS Hairdos - Renewal
If you want her to look like she does in the screenshots, you'll need SG Female Textures Renewal as well.
